Everyone that's in church isn't maturing spiritually. Some see no need for it, which means they won't ever mature spiritually.

Just a thought: A godly desire can turn into a stronghold or even bondage, if we aren't careful. We can't allow ourselves to be a slave to anything. Sometimes, we have to step back, or even lay it down completely for a while, and go a totally different route so that it doesn't consume us. As royalty, our posture is never to beg, but to walk in our God given authority, and know Who we truly belong to. #TheLordKnows

God never said we wouldn’t have difficulties. Being a person of faith doesn’t exempt us from challenges and unfair situations. That’s a part of life. The scripture says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord will deliver us out of them all.” The promise is not that you won’t have difficulties. The promise is God will bring you out, not of some of them, not of most of them, but out of all of them.
Trust yourself before you trust others. No one will look out for you like YOU.
While the US is looking out for other countries with foreign aid, who’s looking out for US? It seems like America has all this money for foreign aid to other nations, but we have our own issues at home. Take care of home first.
God does not help those who help themselves. He helps those who are helpless and dependent on Him.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say God helps those who help themselves.

You can’t make Real Friends with Fake People #RichInfo
This was too good NOT to post. Fake & Real is like oil & water, it can’t & won’t mix. Either real people will become fake or fake people become real, but should anyone want to risk that? I hope not.
Not long ago, 5 Memphis officers were charged in Tyre Nichols' death. A 6th officer was also fired, which makes me think this was deep.
Takeaways from Tyre Nichols death:
1. The 5 Memphis officers have JUST put their families at risk. If the officers are not tried & convicted, then Nichols' family may be looking for street justice. The officers' families may require 24-7 police protection or for their safety, they may have to leave Memphis. Even if the officers' families leave Memphis, will they be safe anywhere? If the slain person's family feels they haven't gotten justice through the courts, then they may handle it themselves.
2. ALREADY...some people are saying the officers' families are victims. Let's stop the narrative of saying the criminals' families are victims when THEIR loved one victimizes somebody. The REAL victims are Nichols' family, because they will never see their loved one again.
3. Actions have consequences. When you do wrong, not only will you pay (now or later), but so will your loved ones. Nowadays, if someone has pressure for you, and they can't get to you, they will go after your loved ones.
Ghetto logic: If I can’t feed my family & you can, one of us gotta go.
If another man is feeding his family, what makes you think he’s not prepared to kill you to continue feeding his family?
Better yet, get on your hustle and stop trying to take what another man has. These cats in the hood are something else.😒
If unconditional love & forgiveness isn't staying with someone through 2 health crises, I don't know what is. Truth be told, I see why the younger generation is less likely to tolerate foolishness from a significant other because unlike the older generation, younger people have more options whereas back in our parents/grandparents time, there weren't a lot of resources for an abused spouse to leave. A man could take care of his family & still feel entitled to dog his wife.😒. My eyes were opened to a lot in my 40 years of life.
