Let some of us (blacks) tell it. A black person can't think for themselves, they have to be pro-black 100% or else (s)he's a coon, Uncle Tom, Sambo, sellout, etc. If having your own mind equals being a coon, I'll be a proud coon because I refuse to go along to get along. I have my own mind and will exercise it as I see fit. I get it with black people, it's like if you don't hate who they hate, they call you all types of coons, Uncle Tom's and sellouts. Mess like this is why I don't take many pro-blacks seriously because if they're not blaming white people for their lot in life, then they're criticizing fellow black people who are trying to change things. Like it or not, Steve is right. BLACK people who aren't as fortunate or don’t want to do much for themselves, tend to degrade another Black person who is doing something and/or changing things.... Bottom line, if Steve wants to make a change and his help will come from Trump funding, so be it.... I don’t see MANY of our people running to do the same in their own communities; if there is then there are only a few. The donor (Trump) might not be right but the agenda at hand is. Also, it can’t be more than this Trump incident. Our people degrade him and can’t give good reasons why. Is it because he doesn’t live in the hood? Is it because he lives wealthy as a byproduct of his life, drive and determination to achieve? All I have to say, if our people have so much negative things to say about him or what he’s doing.... YOU do something and being a keyboard terrorist isn't how you start. You start with a plan.... Kinda like what Steve said above! Our people kill me! Lazy and don’t want to do anything but tear the next man or woman down because of their own lack. It's sad that a black person can get more support from someone of another race than their own. I'm to the point where there needs to be a separation in the black community: Blacks who want to build and prosper need to break away from the critical, crabs-in-a-bucket, violence-prone blacks who are content with shooting & killing each other in the violence-filled ghettos.
