To answer the question, yes. There's no reason for any church to accept jackpot winnings when they were preaching against gambling. At the same time, God can use money (even if it's dirty) to further his Kingdom. Proverbs 13:22 says "The wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous", so by gambling, a gambler who repeatedly wins the jackpot is storing up for God's children, since (s)he can't take the money with them. It's not a good look to preach against something, then take proceeds from a person who supports what you're against.
