This election year JUST got serious. This is what I'm talking about: Influential blacks joining together demanding change. If blacks can continue joining together to demand change, there's no telling what blacks can get accomplished in their favor. Holding The Black Vote Hostage is going viral on social media; black men (and women) are holding their vote until the Democrats come up with a satisfactory black agenda. The purpose of holding the black vote hostage is for the Democrat party to come up with a black agenda to rectify the black community's ills. Truthfully, no president (Republican or Democrat) can fix all of the black community's issues, let alone the country's issues because black issues, and this country's issues are traced back to sin. When Adam & Eve ate the wrong fruit, they gave Satan dominion over this nation & world, and we see the evidence of their disobedience. If you ask me, black men (and many women) are waking up and realizing that it does no good to vote, especially since neither party has the black community's best interest in mind.
This young generation of black voters knows their stuff about politics. I see young people on social media digging deep to find the truth about the political process from a black standpoint, so nobody can fool them when they're asked why they're not voting. You can't tell the older generation that because the first thing the old-timers will say is: Our forefathers died for the right to vote, and not voting is disrespecting their sacrifice. Most young people respect the elders' sacrifices, but young black voters are fed up with the political process. They're tired of politicians making promises about what they're going to do for blacks and there's no proof. Because today's youth is woke, many of them are choosing not to vote because in their eyes (and I agree), neither Democrats or Republican care about what blacks are dealing with. As I've stated many times before, I don't expect any president to do for blacks because they can't. If a president catered to blacks, another group would catch feelings and want things done for them. Presidents must act in the best interest of the country. The more I follow politics, the more I understand why some blacks don't vote. Holding The Black Vote is trending on social media, and if the social media trend is any indication, then millions of blacks may sit out this election, and I can't say I blame them because once again, many young black voters have wised up to know that neither a Republican or Democratic president is going to do what they say they'll do for the black community.
