The Devil Uses Willing People

 Sometimes, I'm annoyed when Christians make excuses for sinners. The devil (Satan) uses those who are willing. If God gives us free will to do wrong or right, then by the same logic, people CHOOSE to do evil. In seminary, many pastors were taught that sin is a result of Satan, which is true to a degree but..most people flat-out choose a sinful life. Not everything can or should be blamed on the devil. Personally, I think we give too much credit to Satan for society's ills. Again...free will means we can choose to do wrong or right.

Tuesday Gospel

I thank God I guide my life with discretion. It keeps me out of the conundrums many people face. Peace is good, try it sometime.

 Forgiveness doesn't mean giving people permission to mistreat you over and over. You can forgive someone and cross them out of your life.

She Won't Let Me Be A Man

 

Times must've changed, because I can't recall a time where men needed a woman's permission to be a man. Some men must be referring to this modern definition of manhood: Today's men cowtow to women's wishes of manhood so he can be in her good graces. I was a boy that grew into a man, and will remain one until God calls me home. I think it's crazy that some men complain that women won't let them be men. Sir, do you talk with bass in your voice? Do you take charge when necessary? Will you protect loved ones from harm? If the answers (and they should be) are yes, you're a man in my eyes. A man's man should never apologize for being who God made him. If some women don't like it, tough. Those aren't the kind of women he should be looking for anyway.

Sunday Word

Christians make excuses for sinners: The enemy is working through them. The devil (Satan) can’t use anyone who’s not willing to be used. 

Pastors are scared to keep it THIS real.
